Sean Varady, MA, LPCC

Sean enjoys developing genuine connections with his clients in an environment that is open-minded and collaborative. He strives to be curious, empathetic, and caring with each client he meets, and is grateful to be a fellow traveler alongside each person as they are on their path to change. 

Sean enjoys working individuals from all backgrounds, and enjoys working with a wide variety of issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, anger issues, life transitions, and grief. He specializes in working with ADHD, and enjoys exploring questions of meaning and purpose with people. Sean also sees couples, and is passionate about working with couples where one or both partners are neurodivergent.

Sean graduated with his Masters in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Xavier University. He is trained in the Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) model for individuals and couples. He also enjoys implementing Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and existential approaches into his work.
